Question by Friendsmile: classes about sex in USA for high school or freshmen college students, how far?!?

ok, first I am not from USA. What I am talking abt all come from watching some movies like: college, extreme (don't judge from the name!) and little search. And I am really wondering:
Is it true that students in high school or in the freshmen year at college, take classes and lectures about HOW TO DO sex? is it true you get free condoms at the end of some of these lectures and you get encouraged to have sex with classmates? how much true is that? how far you go in these lectures? (I read about sex week held in some universities e,g california state and one of the events called "sex night"! and the other event talking abt how "not doing sex!" will impact your doing at school)

I'm not in college but i know in high school they don't encourage you to have sex but since many students will do it anyway the at least want you to have SAFE sex which explains the free condoms. In class they usually talk about the consequences of having sex like pregnancy, STD's and things like the different types of birth control. i have never heard of a class that teaches you how to HAVE sex or have sex with students. Again i don't know how things are in college but i'm sure they're not much different.
