My boyfriend and I have had sex alot and i still bleed what am i doing wroung?

I know im only 15 i'm on birthcontrol and I dont use a condom and i know about STDS so just help me out . He does'nt just shove it in.And I still bleed everytime and I am getting embarassed coz he says it's like being with a virgen so many times. Is it normal to bleed for a long time after haveing sex multiple times or do i need to do something for it to not make me bleed?
